The way you start your day can influence your whole day. that’s why EVERY MORNING is important. I recommend you to make sure that you start every morning exactly the way you want it to be. Don’t compromise, and don’t sell yourself short. Spoil yourself. Create a morning routine that makes you feel awesome. Because the first thing to take care of is how you start your day. (I write a lot about it in my E-magazine, which I give for free to anyone who downloads the planner. Because I think it is so important..)

Try to make time for a nice long shower at least twice a week. Schedule it if you have to.. make a plan to spend some valuable quality time with yourself after the shower. A cup of coffee. a good book. some music. Dive into this great feeling of “after shower” for a while and enjoy it.. 🙂
Switch off all the noise and distractions and practice peace of mind. Read some poems, do a puzzle or enjoy meditative coloring activity :-). 10-15 min a day will do the work..

Think of one moment that made you feel happy, empowered, or loved doing the day.
